Giraffe Worldwide asked Rival Schools to assist in the rebranding campaign of Hamco Homes, transforming it into Marin Signature Homes, a world-class residence builder for mature active-adults. We developed  everything from visual identity to web presence, applying a contemporary aesthetic and repositioning the company to align with the lifestyle of the target audience. Prominent use of ‘wine’ red was the visual underpinning used to communicate the warmth and sophistication of the new brand.
