The Customer Experience is Key

Unirac wanted to find news ways to improve their customer experience. We responded by developing two branded iphone apps that would help installers in the field. The first is a QR code reader that can scan packaging and automatically pull up animated installation instructions. The second is a full inclinometer that allows installers to use their smartphone to make sure that everything is on the level. Oh, and every time someone opens them up they remind themselves why they love Unirac, and that can’t hurt.
