Gravitate to the Rival Schools featured section

Tools | August 17, 2009

In the past couple of months I’ve been getting my hands dirty with Unity3D and Box2D. I gotta tell you, Physics engines are a lot of fun. Back in school days, I wasn’t very good at physics. If the prof asked “How long does it take an object to get from A to B?” I would say, “Who the F… cares? As long as it gets there.” Anyways I wanna apologize to my prof and if he’s out there and reads my post, I would like to say that “PHYSICS IS COOL”. There I said it. Geek out Prof!!!

Here take a sneak peek at out RivalSchools Featured Section.
Drop by our site www.RivalSchools.tv to check it out.

MacBook Pro!

Tools | November 2, 2008

My new MacBook Pro came in a couple of days ago! I was pretty excited. Upgraded specs, new body, smaller packaging. I have to say, Apple is still living up to their standards when it comes to presentation.

I’ll write some more a little later on this week as I get more familiar with it. Later all.

Flash for iPhone development confirmed

Industry, Tools | October 2, 2008

A little late on reporting this, but at the recent Flash on the Beach Conference a session with the Adobe crew confirms that they are indeed working on a Flash plug-in for the iPhone. I’m sure the Flash/iPhone advocates at the conference were applauding with joy when they heard that. Personally, I think its great news that they are moving forward with this, since the Flash is a technology we work with on almost all our projects. Not sure what working on it will be like though, since it seems like they need to optimize it for the iPhone specs. At least it won’t be Flash-Lite.
