I’ve never been much of a RedBull fan, but, today is the second time I’ve taken the dive within a one month duration. Could this become habit forming? I think this is a little message to myself telling me I better start taking care of myself a bit more.
I haven’t been doing much but work for quite a while and my body is starting hate me for it. Some people seem to have a knack for working countless hours and still appear fresh as a rose. I don’t have that talent. I had better make time to go to the gym this week.
favtape.com lets you search and create your own mix tapes. I just spent the last hour creating a mix tape called “Back in my Precidia”. That was my ride back in the day and this was my music. How far back is ‘back in the day’? I guess you’ll have to listen and find out.
Here at the studio we’ve been kind of poking fun at each other about the music we listen to. I’m sure this will make me the laughing stock for at least a week.
